We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We accept returns based on the following factors:
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if it is not an autographed collectible.
For autographed collectibles, we only accept returns 5 days from the date you receive your item.
We do not accept returns on Shoes, Apparel, Pokémon products, Nividia Video Cards, PS5, PS5 Bundles, Sports card boxes, packs, singles, slabs, or Open Lego or Hot Wheels and any Open Box Product.
If it is determined that a return meets the above-stated criteria, Walk of Fame Sports will take the appropriate action, up to and including a refund. A refund is defined as "the purchase amount given back minus the cost originally paid by WOF for shipping" and the restocking fee.
The purchaser shall pay return shipping. If a return label is provided and it is deemed that the item does not meet the policy, the cost of that label will also be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is returned due to damage or defect and approved as so by WOF, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be given.
Other considerations:
Item(s) must be returned in original condition & packaging with the tag(s) attached.
A refund will be posted upon inspection & approval of the item's condition. Refunds shall be for the price of the product minus all shipping costs.
Please amend to include a right to return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery for all purchases. You can add a disclaimer this applies ONLY for all items purchased with Klarna and must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify. Restock fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at (your contact email) with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital content once download has begun (with your prior consent)
